Customers have the right to return purchased goods within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with applicable European consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return:
- the product must be unused
- the product must be in its original packaging
- the product must not be damaged

Refunds
Once the returned goods are received and inspected, we will process the refund within 14 days.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- custom-made products
- heavily used products
- damaged products caused by improper handling
